Requirements
Key skills & attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years of practice accountancy experience
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks and projects in line with training, company guidelines and management direction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
Main responsibilities:
- Year-end accounts (LTD/Sole trader/Partnerships)
- Management accounts
- Working knowledge of business tax
- Responding to client queries
- Keeping job stages up to date on practice management software
- Managing deadlines
- Assisting less experienced team members.
Relevant accounting qualifications (ATT, ACCA, or part qualified) are advantageous but not essential.
