In January 2025, Eirinn became a member of the HR team at Martin Aitken & Co, bringing two years of experience in Human Resources within a Professional Services setting.

With a degree in Business Management, Eirinn has built a solid foundation in HR practices. Her expertise spans recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and wellbeing. At MACO, she plays a key role in daily HR operations, focusing on enhancing employee satisfaction and nurturing a positive workplace culture.

Outside of work, Eirinn loves spending time with friends and family and has recently developed a passion for cooking, enjoying the challenge of trying new recipes.
